As part of the audiovisual project “Light Festival. Nizami Ganjavi” we will witness a magnificent scene in Baku with the revival of various plots in a special format from the great Azerbaijani poet and thinker Nizami Ganjavi`s “Khamsa” whose immortal works still serve the spiritual and moral development of people.
The festival, which will take place in the 3D audiovisual projection format, will last for 3 days – on October 14, 15, 16. During the festival, miniatures created based on the plots of “Khamsa” will be revived on the facade of the National Museum of Azerbaijani Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi.
The main purpose of the festival, organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and with the support of a number of government agencies, is to bring the attention of the world community to the works of Nizami, which has an important place in world literature with its richness, depth of philosophical meaning and universal poetic power.
