In the palace of the Arab ruler Noman, Bahram sees portraits of seven princesses from seven different countries, with whom he falls in love. After his father’s death, Bahram returns to Persia and ascends the throne. After becoming king, Bahram finds the seven princesses and marries them. For each of his new wives, he orders the construction of majestic palaces in the shades of color associated with the planet ruling the country from which each of the beauties came.
Bahram visits the seven maidens in this way: the first visit began on Saturday. It is the day of Saturn and its color is black.
This day, Bahram dresses in black clothing, goes to the black domed-room, to the Indian princess, who retells him about a shah’s love adventures.

On Monday – to the green domed-room (Moon), to the Khorezm beauty;
On Tuesday – to the red domed-room (Mars), to the Slav beauty;
On Wednesday – to the turquoise domed-room (Mercury), to the Maghrebian beauty;
On Thursday – to the sandalwood domed-room (Jupiter), to the Chinese beauty;
On Friday – to the white domed-room (Venus), to the Iranian beauty.
